  2. Pass a mastery exam

    Adaptive test on the atoms you claim. Pass an atom and you can be routed to students stuck on it.

  3. Three shadow sessions

    Co-host with a Lumi mentor on real cohorts. We watch outcomes, you build a track record.

  4. Go live, get paid

    Verified educators get matched daily. Wallet payouts on session attendance + impact.

Diagnostics before the session
You see where each student is stuck before you start: the concepts they miss, where they hesitate, and what they are due to forget.
Live sessions
Schedule sessions, charge student wallets and take attendance automatically, without leaving your dashboard.
Paper review and sign-off
Each section of a generated paper goes to the subject expert who owns it. Edit a question, ask for a rewrite, or revert it, then sign the section off. Editing freezes at publish.
Item analysis after grading
Once sheets are graded, questions that look miskeyed, too hard, too easy or that fail to separate strong from weak students are flagged for a human to look at.
